2. Complete Your Athlete Intake Form
You’ll share your background, schedule, preferences, race goals, and any injuries so your plan is fully tailored to you.
3. Get Your Personalized Training Plan
I create a custom program built around your goals, experience, lifestyle, and long-term development.
4. Begin Training With Ongoing Support
You’ll receive guidance, feedback, and accountability throughout your training so you stay consistent and confident every step of the way — but the expectation is that you are communicating and sharing self-assessments.
5. Communicate & Adjust Together
Your plan is updated as needed based on progress, feedback, and life events—ensuring it always matches your goals.
6. Train for Long-Term Success
We build sustainable fitness, strength, and confidence over time so you continue to grow as a runner—not just for one race, but for your long-term goals. *4-month minimum commitment.

Goal Setting & Consults: Introductory questionnaire + consult, monthly 30-minute athlete-led connects, and ongoing support to establish and refine S.M.A.R.T. short- and long-term goals.

Runners of all levels—from first-time racers to seasoned athletes chasing PRs. I work with people training to run their fastest mile, all the way to 24-hour ultras.

Your plan is built 100% around you, meaning your schedule, pace, goals, and life. I adapt the training plan as your fitness grows, or as seasons of life changes. We make modifications whenever necessary to meet you where you’re at. The key is consistency and you can’t achieve that without periodization and smart training.

Our primary communication will occur in VDOT (the app I use for your plan), plus phone calls for longer check-ins.

We’ll adjust your plan to fit your needs, including cross-training—life happens, and your coaching goes with it.

Yes! Coaching is month-to-month unless you’ve opted into a discounted long-term plan, or are under the first 3-month contract period (1:1 Run Coaching) or 2-month contract period (1:1 Run/Nutrition Coaching).

The Fuel Coaching includes personalized run coaching, help with your fueling, competition race build strategies, energy deficiency assessments, a race-day fueling plan, exclusive nutrition guides, and a monthly newsletter discussing key topics.
